Short-term rental management
Every stay, every turnover, always clear.
Šapirum Property gives hosts who run short-stay properties one calm place for the calendar, the checklists and the team. A double booking is flagged early, and every check-out becomes a turnover with a ready-by time and a checklist for whoever cleans.
Accounts are by invitation. Available in English and Arabic on any phone, tablet or computer.
Who it is for
Built for hosts, co-hosts and cleaners
Each person sees what they need and nothing more, in plain language.
Hosts
Owners and managers of short-stay properties
- See every stay on one calendar, per property or across all of them, with a warning when two bookings overlap.
- Connect the iCal link of an Airbnb or Booking.com listing, and share your blocked dates with other channels.
- Invite a co-host and a cleaner, and decide which properties each of them sees.
Co-hosts
Your staff and property managers
- Work only on the properties a host has assigned to you.
- Add and update stays, run checklists and prepare a property for bookings.
- Hand a property to the host for approval when it is ready.
Cleaners
The people who turn the property over between stays
- See today's turnovers on your phone, with the time the next guest arrives.
- Clean room by room, tick off each one and add photos.
- See only the properties you are assigned to, with no guest contact details, documents or team list.
What is inside
Everything a short stay needs, in one place
Simple tools for the work around each booking, designed to be understood without a manual.
A calendar of every stay
Guest stays and blocks on one calendar, per property or across all of them, with overlap protection and an alert on a double booking.
Calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com
Import the iCal link of a listing and its reserved dates become stays. iCal carries dates only, and channels refresh on their own schedule.
Turnover checklists with photos
Every stay gets its checklists: pre-arrival, check-in, check-out inspection and a room-by-room clean with a ready-by time.
Cleaners and co-hosts, with the right access
A cleaner sees only the turnover tasks of the properties assigned to them. A co-host works on assigned properties and sends changes to you for approval.
A daily Today screen
Arrivals, departures, turnovers, overdue tasks, expiring documents and double bookings, in one place each morning.
English and Arabic, on any screen
Full right-to-left Arabic, light and dark themes, and layouts designed phone first.
How it works
From setup to turnover, one clear cycle
Every stay follows the same four steps. At each step the page shows who acts next and what to do.
Set up
The host adds the property: address, rooms, inventory, documents and the check-in and check-out times.
Who acts: Host, co-host
Open for bookings
The host approves the property as ready, connects the iCal link of each listing and adds any direct bookings.
Who acts: Host
Stay
Each stay brings its own checklists: pre-arrival, check-in and, for long stays, mid-stay.
Who acts: Host, co-host
Turnover
At check-out the property is inspected with photos and cleaned room by room, with a ready-by time before the next arrival.
Who acts: Cleaner, co-host
Also supports long-term lets, with their own life cycle (reserve, move in, notice, move out and turnover) and checklists.
Calendar
One calendar for Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings
Reserved dates from your channels and the stays you add yourself sit side by side, so you see arrivals, departures and gaps at a glance.
- Import the iCal link of each listing, and give other channels an export link for your blocked dates.
- A stay you add by hand is refused if it overlaps another one, and a double booking from a channel is flagged on Today.
- Channels refresh on their own schedule, so the app warns you about overlaps but cannot prevent them.
Checklists
From a Friday check-out to the next arrival
Each stay creates its checklists from its dates. The inspection at check-out and the clean that follows turn "is it ready?" into a shared record.
- Pre-arrival, check-in, mid-stay for long stays, check-out inspection and turnover clean.
- On a same-day turnover the clean has a ready-by time before the next guest arrives.
- A reminder on the morning of a turnover, and an alert if the stay moves.
Check-out inspection
Photos of a damaged lamp, taken before the next guest
Walk the property room by room at check-out. Anything you find gets a note and a photo tied to the stay, ready if you need to make a claim through a platform.
- Photos and notes on any item, taken on the phone in the room.
- Cleaners and co-hosts record what they find, and the host decides what happens next.
- Photos are stored without location or camera data.
Careful with other people's homes and data
Hosts keep stay dates, guest labels and photos of their properties here. We take that seriously, and we describe only what is in place today.
Invitation-only accounts
There is no public sign-up. People get an account when Šapirum or their host invites them.
Two-step verification
Required for platform administrators, and optional for every other user.
Access by role and property
Co-hosts and cleaners work only on the properties assigned to them, and a cleaner sees only what a turnover needs.
Calendar links kept secret
The iCal link of a listing is stored encrypted, never shown again, and fetched with safe checks.
No third-party trackers
No analytics, no advertising scripts and no outside fonts on this website.
An audit trail
An append-only log records sign-ins, password resets and changes to properties, stays and checklists. It never stores passwords or links.
