Features
Everything a short stay needs, nothing it does not
Šapirum Property covers the work around each booking: the calendar, the check-in, the check-out inspection and the turnover clean. Here is what it includes.
One calendar for every stay
Guest stays and blocks sit on one calendar, per property or across all of them, so you see the week at a glance.
- Add a stay with its dates and times, the number of guests and a first name or booking code, with no more personal data than that.
- Overlap protection: a stay you add by hand that clashes with another one is refused, with a clear message.
- A double booking that arrives from a channel is flagged on Today and on the calendar, because the app cannot stop a channel from accepting it.
- Block dates for owner use or maintenance so they stay free.
Calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com
Paste the iCal link of a listing and its reserved dates become stays. Give other channels your export link so they see the dates you block.
- Import from Airbnb, Booking.com or any other calendar that offers an iCal link.
- Your export link lets other channels import your blocked dates, with no names or details.
- iCal carries dates, not guest names, prices or contact details.
- Channels refresh on their own schedule, so a delay can cause a double booking. The app warns you about overlaps but cannot prevent them.
A checklist for every stay, created for you
When a stay is added, its checklists are created from its dates, and they move with the stay if the dates change.
- Pre-arrival and check-in: access code, welcome pack, house rules.
- Mid-stay, for long stays only.
- Check-out inspection and a turnover clean, with a ready-by time before the next arrival.
- A reminder on the morning of a turnover, and an alert when a stay moves.
A check-out inspection, with photos
Walk the property room by room at check-out and photograph what you find. If you ever need to make a claim through a platform, the photos are already on record.
- Add photos and notes to any item, on the phone, in the room.
- A damaged lamp or a missing item gets a note and a photo, tied to the stay.
- Cleaners and co-hosts record what they find, and the host decides what happens next.
- Photos are stored without location or camera data.
A simple home for your cleaner
A cleaner gets a phone-first list of turnovers and nothing else: no dashboards, no guest contact details.
- Sees only the properties assigned to them.
- Opens today's turnover, cleans room by room and adds photos.
- Gets a reminder on the morning of a turnover, and an alert if the stay moves.
- Has no access to documents, the team list or guest contact details.
Co-hosts, with approval where you want it
Invite co-hosts and decide which properties each of them looks after. They see those properties and nothing else.
- Assign co-hosts to specific properties, and change that whenever you like.
- Co-hosts can add stays, run checklists and prepare a property, while approving it as ready stays with the host.
- A co-host's submission waits for your approval, and you can send it back with a reason.
- A role change or a suspension applies on the very next request, not at the next sign-in.
Every property set up once
Rooms, inventory, meters and documents live with the property, so every turnover starts from the same picture.
- Rooms, inventory and meter readings for each property.
- Documents such as a permit or insurance, with reminders before they expire.
- Setup guides walk a new host or co-host through the first steps.
- A daily Today screen lists arrivals, departures, turnovers, overdue tasks, expiring documents and double bookings.
A map of your properties
See where every property is. The map is never the only way in: a list with the same properties always sits next to it.
- Open any property from its pin.
- Nearby properties group together when you zoom out.
- Works with a keyboard and a screen reader through the list.
Also for long-term lets
A property can be set to long-term mode. It then follows the life cycle of a tenancy, with a checklist at each step.
- Reserve, move in, notice, move out and turnover, each with its checklist.
- Inspections with photos and notes at move-in and move-out.
- The same team roles, photos and checklists as for short stays.
Built for both languages and every screen
English and Arabic are equals. Arabic is not a translation added at the end: the layout itself turns right to left.
- Full right-to-left layout in Arabic, on every screen.
- Light and dark themes that follow your device.
- Phone first: large touch targets and a bottom navigation bar.
- Designed for keyboards, screen readers and clear contrast.
