Šapirum Property is a calm, plain-language tool for the people who run short-term rentals and the people who clean and look after them.
Why we built it
Running a short-term rental is a long list of small things: a Friday check-out, a same-day turnover, a calendar that has to match three channels, a lamp that was not cracked last week. When they live in chats, spreadsheets and memory, nights get lost and turnovers get missed.
We built Šapirum Property so that each of those things has a place, a person and a next step: for the host, for the co-host who helps and for the cleaner who gets the property ready for the next guest.

Two languages, equally
English and Arabic are both first-class, including right-to-left layout, on every screen.
Careful with data
We collect only what the service needs, keep guest details to a label and a head count, load nothing from third-party trackers and describe our security honestly.
